Ninaipathellam nadanthuvittal theiyvam yethumillai
There are some times when we are really broken down not knowing what to do.... This almost happens in everyone's life... Sometimes we are not broken down but shattered into pieces.... all that one has to do is understand that there is nothing we can do about the past...
Here is some way by which I have been somewhat successful... when I am in trouble... I call my best buddy in the world... I have lived so many years with him... and he has supported me in all good and bad times... and he expects the least for himself... so these moments are the real ones when i treat him....and he is none other than me :D . Yeah I have heard from some of my friends that many do the same.... pull yourself closer and comfort yourself... do all that you want to do... eat ...sleep... close the door and shout :D and whatever that you feel like doing
After some time when the waves inside has settled down...normally they dont but atleast after some time just try to do the things youo like and you should be alright
You need to accept that you are human and have all of the normal human failings (thathuvam!!!)
Remember that it is an illusion to believe that you will always get what you want to get. (Ninaipathellam kidaithuvittal theiyvam yethumillai...)
Stop de moralising yourself ! (Summa polambratha niruthanum puriyuthaaa)
When you do make a mistake, view it as a situation-specific Stop over generalising ! (Ellam Maayai)
Resist the temptation to set unrealistically high goals You are sure to fail if your goals are too high (Overa scene podathae maamu)
Ask yourself what you have learned (Ithuku thaan schoola olunga padikanumnu solrathu)
Avoid using others as the yardstick ....(avanuku mattum ellame kedaikuthu...ennaku mattum yen ipdi nadakuthu :(
Stop thinking "I’m only good if I’m as good as, or better than, someone else." - (You are always the best in the world)
Get actively involved in your life (Remember to read this blog once again)
Do things that make you feel good about yourself ( I would go for a full plate hyderabad chicken biriyani :D
Start experiment with finding new activities that you actually try
So here after dont get broken down...bend it like beckham
