No emotions... No hard languages... simple yet professional ...

Exit interview..
hee hee this is again a formaality... i dont see any actual purpose for this... ellame oru formalityku thaan .. and you know what... my exit interview was exactly on my date of joining 2003 la join pannen.. and 2005 athe datela exit interview... (enna kodumai saravanan) seri inge poyi namma polambrathunaale... onniyum nadaka porathu illa.. so again .. the rules for resignation letter applies here ...

Notice period ...
so from day u sent the resignation mail ..your notice period will start to count.... now a days... companys are holding very strict in the notice period ... so make sure .. when you accept the offer.. inform your new employer about the notice period your company actually has..... dont commit for false dates... it doesnt give a good impression on both the sides.... so notice period calculate panni ... athuku ertha mathiri ... date of joining kodakanum.....

Now again... after you put your papers.... you will become the enlightened employeeee.... all of sudden ... you will be recognized for alll the effortsss.. you have done... who knows .. you might all of a sudden get a internal promotion and good salary hike.... not always.... but some companies try to do this in order to retain their good employeees.s.... in such cases ... it is your call to accept or reject the offer..... at the same time.... there are also chances that your management is playing a game with you..... you should be a better person to judge whatever that comes acrosss.....

Hey this is a very important topic :D especially for guys... coz... I know ... seri vendam.. ellar manathaiyum vaanga vendam... maasam 5 naal aaachuna.. namma nelamai ennanu... oooruke theriyum.. Heeehee.. so when u put papers make sure .. you also arrange for some back up as bank balance .. coz the fact is you wont be paid for your notice period.... not all companies follow this rule .... but its a common thing ... so last month salary cut...... aioyo ... enna thu apdineerngala .. kavalai padatheengo... it will come in your final settlement... but the final settlement may not reach immediately... it might take minimum of 1 month to maximum of X months .. (X?? God knows.. :D )
