I applied for so many companies but oru than kooda call panna mattenguran.... this is a serious issue for most of the people... if this is the case.... check your resume twice... its not selling you properly in the market or check the jobs that you had applied ... you dont suit the requirement proprely... either of the two wud b the best reason for this

when it comes for salary negotiation, most of the people hold back.... ithu romba thappu... paper podrathu ethuku.. its shud be a good career move... and not a hasty decision in life... sowhen u negotiate the salary make sure you get atleast 30% hike from your current CTC...

ok CTC na it is your mothly gross salary + promised annual incentive... ithu theriyama neraya peru ulunthu ulunthu code adichitu irukkaanga... wake up ^*-*^

demand atleast 50%... maximum.. i cant say any limit... depends on the market value and candidate skill

Offer kedaichaa.. doesnt mean you must join at the same time... you must not play with company offers.. think twice... and enquire about your move... and try to analyse all the factors... before joining the company... listed out in the order of importance

1. location - being with family, daily travel

2. role - independence, decision making, authority

3. salary - take home, perks, tax slot everything counts

4. brand - even though this has got least priority .... you know it counts...

Now hold on!!!

if there is a delay in getting a job... there is nothing to worry about it coz you are already in a job comfortably.. the more you stay.. the more experience you gain... the delay might also turn favourable for you... you might get sudden internal oppurtunities which you might never thought of... at the worst case.... you can get even better offers which you would have missed out by moving out suddenly....
