Okyeee.. coming to the main matter... of this post.. I knew I had some food problems before... etho othukalla.. but athu ennanu theriyala... so I went for allergy test......

If you know what an allergy test is all about.. this post may not be interestign... else proceed...

now the doctor gives me a slip saying that i need to get tested for allergies... oru vayasana.. attender.. vanthar.. en koooda vaanganu kootitu ponar...

he took me into a room which had a name board 'LAB?' ulla poyi oru topaz? blade eduthaar....

aiyooo avlo thaan nammala bali poda poranganu nenaichen... he asked me to fold the cuffs of my shirt till the elbow.. ore suspense... then he inserted the blade into a shaving set....daii... enna panna pora..... :-( apdinu yosikrathukulla... rendu kaiyillayum... athuku englishla enna solluvaango... triceps... che.. athu illa.. seri etho onnu.. athula shave pannra mathiri vechi valichiitaan... :( keetaa.. allergy test pannanum... so it has be clean... seri tholayuthu m*****a pochu.. nu .. I entered the next rooom... ange marupudiyum athe doctor.. oru kalla petti mathiri.. oru box vechikityu ukaarnthu irunthaago...

that box had lot of coloruful... small small bottles... red color.. orange color.. green colour.. brown color... and so on... then .. she asked me to keep my both hands on the table so that in the inner arm faces top... rendu handslaiyum.. she started drawing small small lines.....
aiyy.. enna pannareengo... ??? She drew two lines in each hand with 12 cross sections in each of them.. so totally 48 marks were made totally 24 in each hand...

now she started opening the color bottles one by one... and made a drop of them in each cross mark made... till this moment.. i was not aware that i am baliyaadu... (scape goat) now the most intresting thing happened.... generally when you go for an allergy test... the doctor used to give you some injections for all the components that are tested on your body... so I asked the doctor.. happily... appo injection ellam ethuvum poda maaatengalaaaa :D

She replied by just showing her hand like a traffic constable... and then took a blade like injection from the sealed pack :(... for each and every cross mark on hand .. i was pricked by the injection... hahahahahaaaa... silar siripaar.. silar aluvaaar.. naaan sirithu konde alukindren....

Finally the results came
.... i have one sad news to share it with you alll.. :-( I have been declared as ALLERGIC ? to chicken... the test results show +++ for me... after I had this test done... apdiye sogamaa I came out of the clinic... still couldnt believe the results... :....(

I used to eat chicken.. sleep chicken... drink chicken.. mathiri... apdi oru chicken paiyithiyam... Chicken was my favourite dish... and now doctor has advised me not to eat chicken anymore... :P

Entho kozhi vitaa saabamo...

but doctor.. this is a problem.. and you are advising not to get into problem and you have not suggested any solution.......

Doc replies - you can eat mutton.. fish.. and other sea food.. whats the big deal...

As on nandoo's records, today marks the 100th interview for the year....
Dont be surprised :D I was sitting on the other side as a Employer and not employee....

though there is much to write about the interviewing experience... i would try to list out a very few funny ones....

interviewing is ofcourse a pretty difficult job... you need to analyse ones attitude... technical capabability and the communication part as well... and most of the people screw up in either one or the other...... since i was a close friend of my Ex HR VP .. i learnt many tactics which is still helping me .. thanks Gadam!!!! (yeah tht is how I call him)

Okyee here is Nandoo's stuff....
Here comes a beautiful woman to the office carrying a file for the interview...... ennaku sollave vendam.. thala kaal puriyala... the whole office Jaws open :D
though the interview started with the as usual stuff... within the 3rd question i realised that she has come for a HR position where as I was looking for a technical support... ofcourse if I reveal it immediately then there is no fun... i kept talking for some time.. and she gave all those beautiful answers... and finally I said sorry mam... your profile do not suit our requirement.. were you informed that this is an opening for technical support executive.... avlo thaan.. ammaniku kovam pathikichu... then again cool down panren pervazhinu innum konjam neram kadala potutu... send off panni vechan... ;-)

There is another guy called Mr.Actually... chatter box.. the moment i ask him about something... he starts.. "Sir actually... this .. that actually... .. and when you see.. actually... actually.... actually... " avlo thaan en palakam enna vittu poguma.. i stopped listening to all the answers and started counting the number of "actually" . You know what actually he said 16 actually in one reply.... Not able to believe that right... :D

Now comes this Yes sir Okay sir... definitely sir... for each and every word he adds this Sir...
i dont know why... am not so respectable person in this world...

Question: Whats your day to day responsibilities in your current job?
Answer: Sir in our system sir... we have to maintain lot of procedures sir... sometimes sir.. there will be a bug sir... we will identify it sir and raise a change order sir.. and as usual sir.. we will code the patch sir and fix it sir.. and again move it production sir...


Next is Ms. Attitude.... the moment i asked about the reason for her job shift... she started scowling... and started abusing about her previous organization.. ellam correct ma.. oru interview la vanthu unnoda previous company pathi ipdi sollalama... atleast... oru level of decency vendama... avlo thaan.. the moment i said this... she started all over again.. thank god my HR manager interrupted in between... and luckily I escaped...


sometimes.. pavama irukkum... very good talented people.. but will not be able to communicate that well.. ofcourse.. we cant help it.. all I could say is ALL THE BEST with a heavy heart....
and there is another category... which i dont like... trying to create a decadence... avan fake nu avan moonjilaye eluthi otti irukkum... seriously i dont bother whether he is a genuine or fake as long as he is able to prove his skills... athu illama summa vanthu.. penathina... all i say is GOOD LUCK... dont play with me ;-) ethini pera parthu iruppen....

as i told the screening process took atleast.. 100 people but i have only 15 out this 100 working with me right now...... such a Strenuous process.. it is...... but love it :D

Five Point Someone

Most of you know that there was this best seller selling around in the books shops called 5 point someone.... What not to do at IIT....

Okyee coming back to business... after so many days .. approximately... hmmm still recollecting... hmmm sorry poor in mathematics... after X days... i took the book out from my bookshelf.... holding with all the guts to read that.. book....
i started around 11 PM yesterday night .. and comlpeted the book by 3:15 AM... time ponathe theriyala... good one of course...

Man I had high expectations about Alok, Hari and Ryan.... i expected somemore from an IIT..

I was in 2nd year that time... security officer comes to the hostel mess waiting to catch hold of the guy.. who abused the mighty prinicpal last night... and then when i walked in.. the security was pointing fingers to me... :D (me quite surprised) hiiii naaanaaa..

(None other than HOD hssssssssssssh) he is a gentle man.. sirichitu poyitar... that was another incident to add.. to this list....

Please try this

If you are one among the people who drive bikes for a very long distance.... here are some Nandoo tips to make your journey exciting!!!

1. Once you reach some long lonely road... try keeping your feet on the rear footsteps and drive without caring about the gear and rear brake (Scooties - sorry this may not be applicable for you)

2. When listening to music while driving.... try to do a rythmic beats on your petrol tank leaving both the hands from the hand bars... this can really work out... if you cross 70 and above so that you have full control over the bike and you can go long..... without acceleration

3. Try to sit in the rear seat.. and bend over to catch the hand bar.. so that you do some strecth excercises.... especially when you drive lonely for more than 25 kms...

4. If you are stuck up in a crowded street where people dont respond to any two wheelers... just grasp the clutch tightly and give more acceleration... this will cause your bike to roar.. and make people realise that the demon is approaching them :D and they will give you way!!!!

5. When there is a over take happening between two bussess... especially in highways... or broad roads.... feel free to do a noool vutting... ( I mean go in middle of both the busess and over take both of them) and then do a left indicator twice and right indicator twice ... so that both the bus or truck drivers feel bad that their vehicle... cant support your speed... :-)

6. On a sunny day... if you feel that chennai is lack of trees... then try to go along with a bus or van which gives some shade .... i have seen most of the people doing this... coz.. its really pleasant to drive in shades... but the only drawback is you will have drive upto the speed of your shade giving vehicle.... plus some non-stop nonsense.. will horn you desperately from the back inorder to get way....

7. Dont stop the vehicle near the signal if there is a red light and if there is no mama.... try to feel the thrill of dis obeying traffic rules in hot traffic... ( I love this..) yeeh.ii veetula sollitu vanthutiyaa... :D maranthuten.. nee oru phone pottu solliden...

8. (Only for Boys) In case if you find a nice jigdi... driving on your way... please refer to my previous post pinnadi paarthu ottuya

Nitu - We got up early so that we could make it upto La Madeline for the break fast..... its a french restaurent.... and when we went there we were surprised with the varieties they had...i tried the typical french country breakfast...it was different though... but a very good one for the morning

and then lunch ... had a delicious... mexican lunch at Pappassitos... wow... the one that i ordered had chicken and beef together... they made it spicy... and it was totally different from the one we had in chipotle

Dinner... friday night... didnt feel like having dinner so went to the near by Ben n Jerry ice cream... and had a big scooop of GOBFATHER.. its a combination of choclates... almond ... and yummmy yummy ... cream...
