hmmm its going to be the end of the year... but guess what.. i have touched 100.
As on nandoo's records, today marks the 100th interview for the year....
Dont be surprised :D I was sitting on the other side as a Employer and not employee....
though there is much to write about the interviewing experience... i would try to list out a very few funny ones....
interviewing is ofcourse a pretty difficult job... you need to analyse ones attitude... technical capabability and the communication part as well... and most of the people screw up in either one or the other...... since i was a close friend of my Ex HR VP .. i learnt many tactics which is still helping me .. thanks Gadam!!!! (yeah tht is how I call him)

Here comes a beautiful woman to the office carrying a file for the interview...... ennaku sollave vendam.. thala kaal puriyala... the whole office Jaws open :D
though the interview started with the as usual stuff... within the 3rd question i realised that she has come for a HR position where as I was looking for a technical support... ofcourse if I reveal it immediately then there is no fun... i kept talking for some time.. and she gave all those beautiful answers... and finally I said sorry mam... your profile do not suit our requirement.. were you informed that this is an opening for technical support executive.... avlo thaan.. ammaniku kovam pathikichu... then again cool down panren pervazhinu innum konjam neram kadala potutu... send off panni vechan... ;-)
There is another guy called Mr.Actually... chatter box.. the moment i ask him about something... he starts.. "Sir actually... this .. that actually... .. and when you see.. actually... actually.... actually... " avlo thaan en palakam enna vittu poguma.. i stopped listening to all the answers and started counting the number of "actually" . You know what actually he said 16 actually in one reply.... Not able to believe that right... :D
Now comes this Yes sir Okay sir... definitely sir... for each and every word he adds this Sir...
i dont know why... am not so respectable person in this world...
Question: Whats your day to day responsibilities in your current job?
Answer: Sir in our system sir... we have to maintain lot of procedures sir... sometimes sir.. there will be a bug sir... we will identify it sir and raise a change order sir.. and as usual sir.. we will code the patch sir and fix it sir.. and again move it production sir...
Next is Ms. Attitude.... the moment i asked about the reason for her job shift... she started scowling... and started abusing about her previous organization.. ellam correct ma.. oru interview la vanthu unnoda previous company pathi ipdi sollalama... atleast... oru level of decency vendama... avlo thaan.. the moment i said this... she started all over again.. thank god my HR manager interrupted in between... and luckily I escaped...
sometimes.. pavama irukkum... very good talented people.. but will not be able to communicate that well.. ofcourse.. we cant help it.. all I could say is ALL THE BEST with a heavy heart....
and there is another category... which i dont like... trying to create a decadence... avan fake nu avan moonjilaye eluthi otti irukkum... seriously i dont bother whether he is a genuine or fake as long as he is able to prove his skills... athu illama summa vanthu.. penathina... all i say is GOOD LUCK... dont play with me ;-) ethini pera parthu iruppen....
Puriyuthu... puriyuthu.. intha latchanathala interview panriyaanu thaane nenaikreenga...
as i told the screening process took atleast.. 100 people but i have only 15 out this 100 working with me right now...... such a Strenuous process.. it is...... but love it :D
